Posted on by in Sports

The Yamba Bowlo euchre on Monday July 1 had both Eileen Donaldson and Joan Pullen holding great cards, leading to them winning the evening’s event with 11 games each. Paul Jackson won the lone hand prize donated by Jean White, while Flo Stephens took home the monthly lucky door prize.

Thursday July 4 Shirley Pilley with a top score of 10 games was the outright winner. Second place was shared by Eileen Donaldson and Jason Wilcox with 9 games each. Marlene Crelley won the lone hand prize, while the lucky door prize went to Iluka’s Darrell Randall. The 4×8+9 jackpot was won by Graeme Routson who also was the Thursdays June aggregate winner with 38 games. Welcome back to Robyn Causley.

Fourteen games of euchre are played at the Yamba Bowlo on Monday and Thursday evenings with play commencing at 7pm. Visitors and locals are all very welcome. The courtesy bus is available by just making a phone call to the club to book a seat. See you there.
