Yamba Bowlo euchre

Monday April 29 Yamba euchre saw Shirley Pilley the winner with 11 games, Graeme Routson came in a close second with 10 games. Paul Jackson won the loan hand prize donated by Marlene Crelley.

Monday’s April monthly winner with 45 games was Marie Boots.

Farewell to Pat Alchin who is moving to Penrith in Sydney, Pat’s regular attendance and participation will be sorely missed by all players.

Thursday May 2 saw Joan Pullen as the outright winner with 11 games and Margaret Willis was close behind on 10 games.

Shirley Pilley won the loan hand prize donated by Lila Harris, Shirley’s good run of form has continued also winning the Thursday April aggregate with 35 games. May’s Thursday lucky door prize was won by Noel Collie.

Two visitors were made welcome for the evening’s program; Robina based Selma Mayne and her friend Bev Orford from Mildura.

Both ladies enjoyed themselves and performed creditable.

Euchre is played at the Yamba Bowling Club on Monday and Thursday evenings commencing at 7pm, names to be in by 6.45pm. The courtesy bus is available and everyone is welcome.
