The Kings of Country Rock – Yamba Bowlo Friday October 20

The Kings of Country Rock salute America’s dual number one country rock legends, The Eagles and Creedence Clearwater Revival. The tribute act’s two-hour stage spectacular captures both the sounds and excitement of these country rock icons.

Part one of the show takes the audience on a musical journey that relives The Eagles’ greatest hits, such as Take It Easy, Witchy Woman, Already Gone, One of These Nights, Lyin’ Eyes, Take It to the Limit, New Kid in Town, Desperado, Hotel California and Life in the Fast Lane.

Part two kicks into overdrive, featuring the chart topping sounds of San Francisco’s favourite sons, Creedence Clearwater Revival. From 1968 to 1972 the band churned out six albums and anthems such as Proud Mary, Bad Moon Rising, Up Around The Bend, Born on the Bayou, Have You Ever Seen the Rain, Travelin’ Band and Green River.

The Kings of Country Rock’s cast of multi-talented and internationally respected musicians faithfully reproduce the original songs, complete with replica costumes and instruments.

The tour hits the stage at Bowlo Sports & Leisure Yamba on Saturday October 20. Tickets are on sale at the club or through its website.
