The NBN, spruiked as the fastest ever by our politicians is about to be turned on in Yamba.

Why is it handed over to providers who slow the internet speed to provide different bundles at various costs to the recipients?

Also, why is there no discount for those of us that still have copper wire, not the full fibre to our premises?

When is the consumer protection Departments going to take action against the big public rip off, getting an inferior product from our federal politicians, or are they a protected species?
