Maclean women’s bowls

Posted on by in Sports

Members of Maclean Women’s Bowling are advised that the draws for the District triples and fours are now on the board.

A bowls day to meet the new men’s bowls organiser has been arranged for next Sunday January 13 starting at 10am. It will be a mixed day with two games of 18 ends followed by a sausage sizzle and no Green fees will be charged. Everyone, including “might-be-interested new bowlers”, is invited to come along.

The women’s social bowls resumes on Tuesday January 22.

… the Independent would like to ask for your support. The community is reading our paper more than ever and embracing the content we produce, but advertising revenues across the media as a whole, are falling. If you like our journalism, if you like the community news, if you like our sports coverage we would love it if you could help fund it, our future may depend on it. For as little as $5, you can support the Independent – Thank you.
