Good news story

Ed,

Thank you for the good news story about Pisey and Leslie Fisher and Max Oxenbridge collecting cans and bottles and then donating the money they obtained through the recycling program to the Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter Service (CVI 9/1/19). Congratulations to Pisey, Leslie and Max for their dedication in keeping the environment clean and donating the money they obtained to such a worthy cause.

… the Independent would like to ask for your support. The community is reading our paper more than ever and embracing the content we produce, but advertising revenues across the media as a whole, are falling. If you like our journalism, if you like the community news, if you like our sports coverage we would love it if you could help fund it, our future may depend on it. For as little as $5, you can support the Independent – Thank you.
