Many thanks to our CV Independent for its flourishing “Letters” page.

In recent talks with other community members I have noticed that many people really value a thriving “Letters” page in our paper.

In travels around our country it is noticeable that many thriving communities like ours also have interesting “Letters” pages in their local papers.

I think these letters from local community members somehow reflect a pride and an interest in the local region where people have chosen to live and an interest in developments that are occurring locally.

And as a tourist reading the local paper, you sometimes pick up ideas of places worth visiting in your travels.

So thanks again and may our “Letters” page continue to thrive as our region continues to thrive.
