Emergency Services Expo

The inaugural Yamba Lower Clarence Emergency Services Expo will be held at Ford Park, Yamba, on Sunday May 19 from 10am until 2pm.

The free community event has something to see and do, for all ages.

There will be interactive demonstrations, displays and activities for the young and young at heart, as well as giveaways.

Information will be available for the community regarding safety, fire plans, storm, flood and tsunami, boating safety and much more.

So take the family and go and check out the many resources that the emergency service agencies have at the ready 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help their communities in times of need.

You’ll also be able to check out their vehicles, vessels and equipment.

Food and coffee will also be available on the day.

It’s a great opportunity to met your local emergency services personnel and find out firsthand what they do to help keep us safe.
