To the person or people who inhumanely keep dropping roosters and hens at Illarwell quarry and Maclean lookout, leaving them without food and water, its cruel and against the law and the RSPCA have an eye on you. 

So have the decency to give them away or go on Gumtree instead of dumping them; horrible people you are!
