Companions of Caroona Auxiliary

On Monday February 4, a group of 18 members and friends of the Companions of Caroona Auxiliary enjoyed a wonderful mystery tour organised by our treasurer, Jan Carlin.

Morning tea was enjoyed at the Grafton Aero Club clubhouse (of which Jan is a member and she also supplied the eats). We then carried on to the “Remember When Museum” for a trip down memory lane when we went through the museum. This was followed by a beautiful lunch in the owner’s private residence. Ian Lauder was our very experienced driver of the Bowlo Sports & Leisure Yamba bus. We would like to thank Jan, Ian and the Club for the wonderful day we all enjoyed.

If anyone would like to join our Auxiliary at a cost of $10 per year per member, please come along to our next meeting which will be held at Caroona on March 4 commencing 1.30pm. We all work to raise funds to help give the residents a little TLC.

For further information, please call secretary, Elaine on 6645 8697.
