A correction to the forthcoming ‘Almost Back to Basics Camping’, the 12 bush camp sites including two powered sites are for the Christmas camp at Minnie Water on December 6-8. The next camp is August 13-15 at Lylldale.

The Croquet group’s grant application for a covered viewing/seating area at Raymond Laurie Sports Centre has passed the first step and community voting commenced on Monday 15. This will be a facility available to other groups, so please get behind this project and support it by voting.

At Croquet after play on Tuesday July 30 will be a free lunch at the Marina, but numbers are limited so email Ros at kitesway@westnet.com.au

There are still seats for Lismore Car Boot and garden bus trip on Sunday July 21. Non-members are welcome, contact Ros on kitesway@westnet.com.au to make a booking.

At last count there were a few tickets for the ‘Little Bit of Culture’ bus trip to the matinee performance at the Coffs Harbour Jetty Theatre of Jane Rutter and Peter Cousins. Cost is $68. Lunch is at Pier Hotel and not included. Contact Patricia at apkan1@gmail.com
